The set includes two sheets of masks (shown in the picture). The masks are made from thin masking tape, which is easy to be peeled off and doesn’t leave any stains. The tape is tested on clear and painted model too. If carefully removed after painting, they can be used over and over again. It is flexible and easily applied over curved surfaces. Semitransparent for easy and accurate placing.
F-5F
is the two seat version of F-5E Freedom Fighter. Originally, the plane was meant to be used by economically weaker countries, but with time, F-5 proved to be very versatile and reliable platform suitable for larger and stronger Air Forces too. To this day, despite being nearly 60 years old, the plane is still in wide use, most noticeably in US, where various aggressor units fly it as adversary and training aircraft. The small size and elegant shape makes the F-5 hard target to spot in the midst of a dogfight, which makes it the perfectly simulated enemy.
F-5F Franken Tiger
is a camouflage derived from Su-27/Su-35 Siberian /or Arctic Blizzard/ Camo scheme, despite the serious difference in size between both jets. Franken Tiger however, wears camouflage with the pattern following the Flanker appearance and successfully simulate its appearance in the air. The particular plane is with serial number 810834. VFC-111 offer various Aggressor schemes on their F-5s, both single- and dual-seat aircraft, which makes the 1-eleven one of the most recognizable units in US NAVY. The striking appearance of the jet is of course accompanied by the high skills of the unit’s pilots, who challenge their own colleagues, exploiting the limitations of Freedom Fighter platform in the sky. F-5s superb aerodynamics and performance helps a lot, thanx to the simple, yet brilliant design of the 1960s jet.
