1. Send to us detailed pictures or uncut video of claimed product issue and description. We are requiring a copy of sale invoice.

2. We will send you the confirmation of the warranty acceptance. In case the claim will be accepted.

3. We will require to send claimed component back to us.

4. Once we will receive it, we will provide you a replacement for your claimed product.
